How to choose a right White balance?
What white balance should I choose in my camera if I use Bowen's Gemini Strobes with power of 200w/s I believe they're 5200k
Direct sunlight or flash?
I would do one of three things in order of preference:
1. You do not state what camera you have, but many have the ability to set the exact Kelvin temp into the camera, assuming you know what it is. My studio lights are 5600k and that is what I set into my Canon 1Ds. Result, perfect color with no hassle.
2. Shoot a grey card in the scene and shoot in RAW. You can then target the grey card in your RAW conversion software to instantly produce the correct color. White Bal is a certified neutral grey card made for this type of situation.

3. Set your white balance to Flash.
