[photoshop] background eraser question?
when u click the eraser and start erasing. your background will turn into grey and white boxes.
When i am done erasing, and i save the file, why is that so that my background seems to have uneven patches, its like i havent erase finish . but i've already erase it till there are tiny boxes
You have to study layering of photoshop element. If you arase a background what is left is a non transparent layer. But if you make a copy of the background then erase it then what is left is transparent layer. This is the layer you are talking about. Layering at first might be hard to understand but as you go along and practice doing it you will understand little by little. I have Photoshop Element 7 and I am doing layering right now. If you have Photoshop element then you should joint the membership so that somebody can help you. If you don't joint then just click the help and type your question. Photoshop will jump to the topic and you can read the answer to your question. You cannot get a lot of help in Yahoo. Another advice to you is buy a book. I bought a book entitled Adobe Photoshop element 7 Classroom in a book.

new software in a YouTube video published yesterday. Photoshop CS6 is set to
debut along with the sixth version of Adobe's Creative Suite in the first half
of 2012.
Darker photo backgrounds are all the rage for photo software since they make
photos stand out nicely; the darker interface used in Lightroom and the
consumer-oriented Photoshop Elements is matched by Phase One Capture One, DxO
Optics Pro, and others. But Photoshop users can be a conservative bunch, so I
wouldn't be surprised to hear some squawking. Fortunately, the interface can
be changed to lighter tones for those who are change-averse or who fear their
tonal judgements wil... [Read more]
