If you were under the impression a blackberry has limited features when compared to an Apple IPone or a Samsung Galaxys for a whole host of multi media you would be mistaken which is why you should take a look at the new blackberry pearl 9105 before you make a smart phone choice and get tied into an expensive and long term contract.
For capturing those special and funny moments and being able to keep them for later viewing is only possible with the video camera function which is included in the pearl 3g making sure you don't miss those moments. think of it as a good publicity for your photo (photo by x person www.xperson.com), charge them a one time fee for use for a year, if they decide to continue using your photo, charge them again the next year. also make sure they give you credit for your photo and link it to you website. but make sure they do not use your photo on printed materials. thats another thing all together. they also may not make new composition out of your photo, or alter it in anyway without your permission, anything have to be done by you if they so desire. you retain the right to use this photo where ever when ever you see fit elsewhere, if they want that you do not sell this photo to someone else then its another fee. i think.
and all this is best put on paper and sign etc etc.
ps: don't be too demanding they might decide to go with another photographer. and the above is my suggestions for your reference, final say is yours.
