San Francisco Giants - A Squad With Ton's Of History
Every country is known to have a favorite sport that is watched and followed more in comparison to others. In America, this sport is baseball. Baseball has become quite a popular sport not only amongst the American culture, but also on a global scale. The most popular baseball league in America at the current moment in time is the Major baseball league. Almost every state in the United States is known to have at least one team that plays in the Major league. California is an exception as it has more than one.
One of the most popular teams that are currently based in California is the San Francisco Giants. In the current day and age, the San Francisco Giants are known to represent the state of California however this was not always the case. The San Francisco Giants is one of the oldest teams in baseball history. Their existence into the major league happened in 1883.
The San Francisco Giants were commonly referred to as the New York Giants. This was up to the season in 1957, after which they moved to California. During their long stay in New York, the team was known to accomplish quite a remarkable status. They won five World Champions and seventeen Pennants. Many famous players were known to play for the team during this era. Names that played an important part during this time included, Bobby Thomson and Willie Mays.
The team is now referred to as the San Francisco Giants. Since the change in name and location, they have not been able to win a World Championship ever since. Many people have seen this as one of the longest droughts in baseball history. Even though this is the case, the San Francisco Giants have been known to hold the record of the most wins in baseball history.
Unlike most other team uniforms, the San Francisco Giants uniform is quite attractive due to the bright color combination that it has to offer. The current home uniform for the San Francisco Giants has a combination of the following colors; black, orange, white and gold. The trousers and shirt are white with gold outlining. The socks and cap on the other hand are a combination of both orange and black.
The away kit on the other hand is pretty much the same. The trousers and shirt however are grey in color. The other combinations of colors for the away kit include black and orange. The San Francisco Giants do have an alternative kit as well that is hardly ever used.
The logo of the San Francisco Giants is quite popular amongst fans worldwide. The current logo has a baseball in the background with the word “Giants” that runs across it. The San Francisco Giants also have a cap insignia that is made up of two letters; “S” and “F”. The letters are orange in color giving it a nice contrast with the black cap.
The San Francisco Giants have just recently launched a web store on their official website. The store is known to sell a number of different souvenirs including the team uniform. This includes both the home and away kit.

Can anyone help me find a inexpensive drum kit?
hey Ive been drumming for about 3 years i have a classic rock background and i am tired of playing pulse drums. i feel that there sound holds me back and i think its time for an upgrade the only problem is i only have 570$ to spend on a full set hardware, stands, cymbals, etc. i did buy heads, i have 2 hand-me-down cymbals zildjian A custom splash and a zbt crash but other than that i have nothing i can use for a new set. I love pearl and ludwig but right now I'm so fed up with finding inexpensive ones I'm willing to go gretsch or ddrum or anything within pro drum sets. Ive tried guitar center.com, musicains friend.com, and music123.com can anyone help me find a cheap website for drums or a cheap drum set with hardware?
